The little Wood Elf of Skyrim. The short history of my creation of her, is just that… short. I got a bug up my ass to do a Let’s Play for Skyrim. So instead of coming up with a cool back story, I just free-balled it. I wanted a red head, I wanted a wood elf and of course I have to be female. So I wouldn’t take myself too seriously, I choose the name… Ginger Snaps.
Because of the modding community I am able to make Ginger a good half foot shorter than anyone in Skyrim. I wanted it to be a real interpretation of what a Wood Elf should be. Small, light, quick… almost nymph like.
BIG EVENTS
Since I did not have a big back story I figured I would just report on a few big story lines for the character.
Unfortunately Season 3 was the last Season for Tara Dikoff & Arissa.
Arissa
Gingers LOOONG time companion, Arissa is now actually integrated into the story line and is a co-star of the show. Her butt-cheek armor is legendary, and her shit-talking is not far behind. Her sneaking skills are only matched by Gingers and she loves rushing in to hack at an enemy. The sometimes derpy, but always sexy Arissa has her favorite sayings and my favorite is “In only a few hours I can crawl under some furs.” Ginger deciphers that in many ways.
She was introduced in Season 1 episode #13 and has gone through quite a few transformations. She had a nice rouge looking outfit and she preferred a bow. Since then she has worn Vampire Armor, a really not-lore-friendly outfit and then she was introduced into her “butt cheek” Armor. I do not think she will change again.
Dragons
We did not want to venture into the main quest line too far, but we still wanted Dragons. The few episodes that dealt with that are… humbling as Ginger died many many many times.
